We may collect the following types of personal information from you:

Name

Email address

Payment information

Phone numbers

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information through:

Forms you fill out on our website

Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and improve our marketing services

To communicate with you about our services and promotions

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide and support the services you request, and measure and improve our advertising.

Your consent to receive text messages from M Tech Marketing authorizes messages from M Tech Marketing, not marketing messages from other companies. We do not treat your text-message consent as permission for other companies to send you their marketing messages. Our use of contact information for advertising measurement is described in Section 5.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information with providers that help us deliver and support our services, including our CRM, customer-support and payment providers, and when required by law.

For inquiries submitted through our advertising inquiry form, we use HighLevel to report an inquiry event to Meta. These reports may include hashed versions of your first and last names, email address, phone number and country, along with your IP address and browser user-agent information. Meta uses contact identifiers to match the event to an account and help connect inquiries to advertising. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. Meta may also use event data to support ad delivery and personalization under its Business Tools Terms. You can read more about Meta's data practices in Meta's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Protection Measures

We implement a variety of security measures, including encryption, to maintain the safety of your personal information.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you

Request correction of any inaccurate information

Request deletion of your personal information

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

8. Cookies Policy

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically. The latest version of our privacy policy is always available at https://mtech.marketing/privacy-page.

10. Jurisdiction

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of South Carolina, Greenville County.

Note this Statement:
Text-message consent to M Tech Marketing does not authorize marketing messages from other companies. Section 5 explains the information shared with our service providers and Meta, including contact identifiers used for advertising measurement.

CRM and connected services

This policy also covers our advertising portals, CRM services and related support. Selected services may involve HighLevel, Meta, Google and payment or messaging providers. Subscription charges, cancellation and refunds are addressed in our Billing & Cancellation Terms.

Information we handle

We collect information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, business details, service requests, account settings, messages, support requests and billing details. When you authorize connections, we and the service providers involved may process connected advertising account identifiers, campaign information, lead records, contacts, appointments, workflows and related activity needed to provide the features you choose. Payment providers process payment details; we receive the billing and transaction information needed to administer your account.

We may collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including IP address, browser/device information, pages visited and campaign or referral information. Collection depends on the website features and integrations in use. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive personal information in ordinary forms, email or support messages.

Information in a customer's CRM

When a business uses our tools to manage its own leads and customers, that business determines why the information is collected and which authorized features are used. M Tech and its providers process that information to deliver the contracted services and support. Customers are responsible for the notices, permissions and consents needed for the contacts they import and the messages they send. This does not remove M Tech's own applicable privacy responsibilities.

If you are a lead or customer of a business using these tools, contact that business first about its records or marketing. We will assist with requests relating to processing we control or as required by law. Customers should not upload sensitive or regulated information unless the service and any necessary agreements have been confirmed suitable for it.

Optional AI, calls and recordings

If enabled, AI features may process the prompts, messages, records or call content needed to perform the selected task through the applicable providers. Optional call recording or transcription may create additional records. Enable only features appropriate to your needs and provide any required notices or obtain necessary permissions. This policy does not claim that every AI provider has the same training or retention rules; review the selected feature's applicable terms before submitting sensitive information.

Retention and account closure

We retain information only as reasonably needed to provide services, support the account, protect security, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Canceling advertising alone does not close a retained M Tech-provided CRM, so information required for that continuing service remains available under that account's settings.

For a requested full M Tech CRM closure, export needed records before the confirmed access-end date. Access ends on that date; the closed account is scheduled for deletion after a 30-day retention period. That period does not promise continued access or recovery. This account-deletion schedule does not mean every copy of every record is erased on the same day: billing, tax, consent, security and dispute records may need to be retained for their lawful purposes, backups may follow provider retention cycles, and records held in independently controlled connected platforms are governed by those platforms. We limit continued use of retained records to the applicable retention purpose.
